The lorebook does that. Almost all of the Heavensward are described as complete assholes, potentially villains. Some enjoy murder, some are rapists, others sleep around with no concern for others at all.

I distinctly recall some of the Heaven's Ward being described as honourable and disliking their more uncouth brethren. Zephirin, for instance, yet he's shown to be smirking in-game when taking down a certain someone which only serves to give the impression that he is a psychopath as well. I suppose it's balanced out by Nidhogg not being much better, though.

I really like both Lyse and Minfillia
