FC house, required 4 ppl, twinks allowed?

I dont care about the word Twink.I've never heard of it being used for any other term than for a gay person though.
To me the only annoying part of this thread is despite SE have stated they want the houses to go to the many over the few first there are people like OP here trying to screw over the system and genuine fc's just to get their own person house.

I guess you are also a strong advocate of removing the FC setting that lets FC masters deny members access to the FC house? Because that is in essence single player housing as well.

Mm, to be fair, FC housing also has access to the workshop, so, it's not always necessarily about just having a house. Though it usually probably is.

Fact is, that was always a factor to deal with when considering FC-only limitations. Shell FCs have always been a thing.

There are already people on my server who've formed new FCs using their alts/alts of friends and grinded hardcore so they can get a FC house on top of their normal one once the housing release opens.

They really needed to make the membership requirement for a FC house higher then it is.

Lets say you are in a FC with 20 members. Give everyone the rights to buy land. Now you have a twenty times higher chance to snatch a plot than the single person FC.
If you don't get one it's not the fault of the single person, but your own missing motivation and commitment.

To be honest if people keep trying to abuse the system the community will get punished in the long run by SE.Im sure after the drama thats going to come from players registering as fake fc's to buy houses SE will put in some more extreme measures.Dont be surprised if we see houses being limited to only fc's and them increasing the amount of fc members needed to 12 or something in the future.
I think the MS roulette change is a perfect show that they arent going to put up with any nonsense from people anymore.

Weird information being misinterpreted here, feels like.

The limitation on "being online" was probably meant to refer to the fact that you can't invite your alts to the FC yourself (to my knowledge), you need a go-between.

Ooooh, okay, that does make more sense. We were talking about purchasing a house, so when he mentioned not being able to have two characters on the same account online at the same time, my mind jumped straight to the purchase instead of the formation of the FC. But yeah, to my knowledge, you just need to temporarily add someone to the FC and give invite power to them in order to get your alts into a shell FC.
