Not this newbie. I started skipping everything because I realized just how much time this game wastes with cut scenes and dialogs. It felt incredibly unproductive, and was exhausting to read through all of it. I'm sorry I don't have a Kindle Paperwhite display on my computer... Eye strain is a thing, and reading pages and pages of text in a game... Well, I don't find that enjoyable after an hour or so.

The amount of clicking required to get through it is still [literally] physically discomforting (because it's not, at all, ergonomic).

The cut scenes could have been a nice time to relax at the end of, between quests and objective, but not... They had to be annoying clickfests as well.

To save myself from CTS, I skip them entirely. All of them.

The point of an RPG is to play a role. Not to be strung along on some long, drawn out, force-fed story. We should be creating our own story. I think obsession with the "story of the game" is kind of missing the point of why many of us actually play these types of games. I have literally no interest in whatever pre-fabricated story Square Enix has written for my character.
