FC Only Plots

The webpage for housing doesn't see to say private relocation is an option after maintenance on the 6th. Can someone point out where it shows that private transfers are an option? Has this been officially posted elsewhere. Seems to me it should be clearly spelled out on that page but it doesn't.

Again, unless there's some functionality changes, we have the rules that are already in place as of the patch. FCs only can make a fresh plot purchase (ie they don't already own a plot of land) while anyone (fc or personal) can relocate to an available plot as they didn't program any restrictions to relocation.

Oh i see the relocation comment now but still would be nice if it said private.
