FC Only Plots

I think this is a great idea to help FCs out. But Kind of wish they had separate ones dedicated for personal housing. Seems we just can't strike a balance. :/

It could mean that they are planning to release premium housing slots to FCs of a certain size, or that they will be sectioning off parts of wards we already have for FCs, and then like charging obscene amounts for personal housing. Most likely to encourage FCs with active users to purchase housing and use The FC room feature instead of having to create more structures for apartments and the headache of dealing with possible server space and load issues from permanent apartment ownership, maybe. They do complain about server issues a lot.

Anyway, If they decided to do that then it might be possible that FC homes could be demoed if member activity and member count dip below certain numbers...
