Omega is not even clever, it's literrally the lazyest explanation, and people treat it like it's the best thing ever, to the point that the latest patch only selling point is fanservice.
I dont see what is wrong with that from time to time. I do 100% agree though, that from a lore perspective, its lame. But, I dont see it as a lack of innovation gamewide, just in this instance.
