Maybe it's house flippers preparing to grab as many as they can before selling them (the FCs with a house) to the highest bidder. The happy new houseowner will just need to change the name and tag of the company and kick out all the alts of the seller. So, instead of holding back house flippers, all this patch did was hold back legitimate private owners and reduce competition from the resale business. -_-
