TLDR:

4.1 Current war Pot/GCD rotation
519.58 potency per GCD

4.2 war doing the same process
536.46 per gcd.

Net buff of 3.2%.

That's similar to what Emiin on the Balance discord said as well

Current results, still under development

3.2% buff at 2.35 GCD, if you can get 5th GCD Inner Release.
8% nerf if you fail.

I keep hearing about the the various theorycraft discords but always say some other time. Maybe i should look into those. But either way nice to have some independent corroboration so i know i didnt royally screw something up.
