    Be wary of cost from small to medium. I know when I dumped my small and bought a medium I had to pay full depreciated (at that time) price which was about 17 mil plus 1 mil for deed.     I've got 85 million, so I should be good. A house is the only thing I really want from this game at the moment. thanks for the heads up though.
