Adding content to personal houses

I don't really agree with this, they should remain FC crafts, but SE really needs to make them accessible to all regardless of having a house. It's extremely unfair how many FCs miss out on it because there's no housing available.

craft wise miss out on what..all the house glams but 2 now retainers bring back..the buffs are a pain in the butt they need to just make rank 3 at the GC..
