Adding content to personal houses

So now with the addition of submarines I'd like to ask would it possible to allow people who own individual housing to partake in this content and in airships. It just seems weird that SE willfully doesn't allow people who own housing to be able to build subs/airships and send them out. If you are in a larger FC you will never actually enjoy the benefits that these airships/subs will bring as if there is any indicator from airships in 3.x, this will lock out rare and expensive items on the market board simply because only FCs can get them.

Individuals end up making Solo FC's because they don't want to be locked out of content and if SE just allowed individuals to be able to partake of this stuff, solo FC's will diminish.

Also please change the requirement from light party to single person for Workshop.

Yea ive said it a few times, take workshops out of FCs..Make them GC related put them on the squad door the higher ur gc rank the mroe ships you can have and more repices become avaible to craft. Also addd a 3rd option to the door for a green house..give everyone the option to garden again the higher you rank your GC the more plots you have to garden.

Workshops are supposed to be group content. You need all crafters (except cul) and gathering (except fishing I -think-) to get full use out of it. Yes a single player could conceivably supply everything on their own, but considering this and that you need a group to complete workshop crafts it is clear that the intention is that multiple people take part.

That being said I wouldn't be opposed to another type of workshop for personal housing. I just don't think it should be exactly the same. More of the same would be mundane. Lets instead hope and ask for personal housing to get fleshed out in a different direction rather than just a copy of a fc house.

I agre there certainly should be other ways to access airships and submarines. FC is fine but most in any large FC never get to really participate or benefit from most of the rewards. Gardens are also limited when it comes to a sizeable FC and I know ours in particular is dominated by one user but that's a FC issue that should be addressed internally although I don't think it's worth the drama atm.

Gardening is a pita (pain in the a**).. my fc we have 1 person in charge of gardens but multi people who tend to our gardens since we use our fc 3 and then serveral of our members donate personal garden spots..since theres so many cross breads..but we supply all our members carrots to feed stabled chocos..onionsto level them vegi minions and stuffies as well as we have a decated crstal grower for crafters lol

I'm avidly against more restrictions based on house size until everyone has the ability to upgrade to said sizes at will from the server as long as they have the gil to do so. It would be neat to have personal airships accessible by individual though. I'd like to see something tied to a character so that more housing doesn't equal more airships. Maybe something that can be accessed via airship landing and special furnishing if you want it accessible via housing as well?

I don't agree to adding FC items to personal housing. If you want FC stuff, join and FC or start your own. We can't just have everything available to everything, that would be pointless.

I don't really agree with this, they should remain FC crafts, but SE really needs to make them accessible to all regardless of having a house. It's extremely unfair how many FCs miss out on it because there's no housing available.

I wish they would be added to some form of content outside of FC housing as well. I am lucky and allowed to access this content in my current FC and we have all 4 airships and such but in most FCs normal members are locked from any of the rewards anyways so it is only the officer group allowed to end voyages and collect what is brought back.

It can be said that if you dont like how your current officer/leader structure runs the ships you can always start your own FC but the limited housing (hopefully fixed soon) and just the daunting task of breaking off from your group to start over on your own would prevent most people from trying this. Add to that if I was not allowed to access the ships I would not want to leave my FC over it because of my friends there.

In the end yes, it is supposed to be group content but the current way it is set up allows only a small subset of the group to reap the rewards.
