So i been away for about 5 weeks due to vaction and trip to LA. But i don't understand the new changes.

From what i've gathered they going to give dibs to FC with 4+ members but what about relocation?
My GF want to upgrade her medium plot for another plot but since we already have a FC house together she want upgrade her personal house to this other plot.
