4.2 changes & monthly fee

SE has slowly begun to kill Final Fantasy XIV, it will sooner or later go Free to Play, too many changes with the Cash Shop and Account-Wide codes becoming Single-Character!...

SE is trying badly to squeeze our wallets without making the game any better!...

This has been said since the cash shop launched in 2.0. The game is still not F2P. The game is still not dead. In fact, 4.0 was widely more popular than 3.0. Doom and gloom has been present since the beta 2.0 forums lol.

I'd argue the 50% increase in non-instanced personal inventory is a game improvement, as is the (somewhat lacking but better than what we had) start of the new glamour system. Just because you aren't getting explosive changes immediately does not mean they are not improving the game.
