4.2 Housing Update

I'm curious if the 4 member FC requirement is ongoing. It's super easy to hire out three people to join an FC for a few minutes while you buy a plot, but much harder to keep those people in your shell FC until the end of time.

Other than that minor concern, all the new plot purchase changes sound great! (and probably should have been implemented 2 years ago)

Welcome! Nice to see some of the furniture contest winners being added in-game.

The member requirement is most likely only upon purchase as I don't see how they could really enforce it as ongoing, so I imagine we're going to be seeing a lot of shell FCs.

I'm thinking the same. Just a check at purchase and then nothing further.
