I'm curious if the 4 member FC requirement is ongoing. It's super easy to hire out three people to join an FC for a few minutes while you buy a plot, but much harder to keep those people in your shell FC until the end of time.

Other than that minor concern, all the new plot purchase changes sound great! (and probably should have been implemented 2 years ago)
