Yes. That what I was saying.

Contribution and effort are important on any party. And that must come from everyone, not just the healer or the tank or some DD. But, again, this discussion is laying all the weught on healer's shoulders and not saying anything how other players should give some effort too.

And on last case, what I'm trying to accomplish (in general) is some willpower to continue playing healer. Not done any party as RDM yet, but so far it is funnier than WHM. And topics like this is only giving me more strength to ditch healing completly. What I want is real numbers, not exagerated unrealistic numbers that will make me even more frustrated about being WHM.

I wasn't actively trying to turn this into a "DD DPS vs. Healer DPS", and neither should you.
Sorry, but you've done that. That number you said (20%) is not "often". Who does something like that are the DPS. The parses that Sebazy posted sounded to me more like a exception that confirms the rule than the rule itself. Once again: 10~15% is a great contribution and sure, makes difference. But 20% total contribution to damage from the healer is way too much and that number needs some context.

But agreed. DD DPS vs Healer DPS shoudn't be an discussion.
