I'm gonna go out on a limb here and wager that you don't get labeled "bad" until 2nd 3rd offense. (as it would be wrong to "execute" someone on first offense...unless said offense was just that blatantly wrong i guess)

Lets be honest here....if you go that far and that deep into trouble...you kind of asked for it.

Maybe a GM would be so kind as to elaborate how it works?
