I don't agree with posting this kind of thing to the forums as the past few pages have demonstrated well enough, but since we're on the topic, it would be nice to have some kind of feedback if your reports were worth anything. A number of other games have begun telling people that their reports were actioned on, and having that feedback I think helps keep the community more engaged in reporting jerks and cheats. Otherwise you end up with a sentiment felt strongly by the OP and any other endgame gatherer: that the legions of bots you report time and again just keep on going and nobody seems to care.

Well to be fair you admittedly tracked this guys retainers, keep tabs on his whereabouts, follow his alts, crept around his house, etc.

So yeah, you sound like the type that causes drama then throws themselves a pity party and plays the victim to see how much sympathy they can get and are upset that you are not getting the type of attention you want.

This dude my just have gathering alts, like many of us do, or just enjoy gathering and has made that his primary aspect in the game. And unless you can see him obviously using scripts to move and farm he may very well be legit and wondering what the heck this other player is doing following him everywhere.

I mean everything you have described would earn you a restraining order irl. So while he may or may not be a bot farmer, you are definitely a creeper. Sorry man, but that's just the truth of it from every single thing you yourself has described.

I should've known I was just digging myself into a deeper hole before I posted this, because now I have an annoying impersonator and people thinking I'm some kind of creeper due to blowing things out of proportion.

From now on, I'm just going to talk with people from my server in-game about matters like this, since they can actually know I'm not the sort to stir up drama or make uneducated claims about people being bots/bot farmers and such.

EDIT: In other news, the GMs apparently got on the guy's case again, as he now changed all of the names back to something generic. I suppose I can at least be happy they can handle social issues like this properly.
