A potential fix for Tornado Kick

Tornado Kick - Removes all 3 GL stacks as per usual and grants the Monk the ROLLING THUNDER buff (duration 30 seconds).

NEW ABILITY:
Hurricane Kick (lv 64)
XYZ potency. 60 second CD.
Additional Effect.
Consumes ROLLING THUNDER. Grants the Monk 3 stacks of GL.

Remove Riddle of Earth. This can replace it as our level 64 skill.

The benefits of something like this is are:

1) Far more reliable at keeping GL than RoE because this does not take into consideration our current GL timer. It's a flat 30 seconds to use Hurricane Fist, covering most boss jumps. And even if we don't get to attack in time, we've still used Tornado Kick which was always the "pre-boss jump" move.
2) Tornado Kick (currently useless) becomes useful again!
3) Grants Monks an actual new weaponskill -weren't we the only class that didn't get an actual new attack this expansion? We just got buffs and traits, right? /bullshit.
