It's worth noting that Riddle of Earth is all that while also being extremely unreliable or outright stupid as a means of renewing your stacks. Most commonly you'll lose your GL3 because you were too far into your combo and there's not enough time left on it for the hit to reach you. But you can also have it fail to work because there's a Scholar in the party and they adlo'd too hard. OR it could also be necessary for you to take damage from an avoidable AOE in order to keep them such as during Shinryu. It's a bad skill all around and they should have just made Greased Lightning remain up whenever you have a Coeurl/Raptor/Opo Opo form up like Black Mage. There's no reason for Monk to be completely fucked in this way.

As for Tornado Kick it should be an AOE chakra dump.
