ARR/Heavensward Fishing RNG could use a nerf.

The only thing I'd like to see changed is the removal of the upper limit on the catch rate on older fish. I recently did the "Feast Of Famine" quest with Lv70 gear (not because I care about fishing, but just because I'm completing all side-quests), and I lost my Namitaro catch EIGHT TIMES before I managed to pull it up the 9th time I hooked it. I don't see any reason why content this old still has these catch rate caps, when the stats are so much higher these days.

For a fish where I have to wait for a weather condition, pull up fish with a ~2% hook rate, and then I have a 1-minute window to catch the fish I'm really after... I'm fine with that RNG upon RNG, but that last bit of having such a low catch rate on top of it all is a real kick in the balls considering how old this content is.
