Hey, OP, please do a little research into game design and mechanics. You can even check out free tutorials with Blender on how mesh is created and then potentially animated. In a game such as Second Life, where people can upload their own mesh and creations, such a thing is often difficult depending on the technical limitations. FF14 simply doesn’t have the physics engine to do this for a bunch of players. It would most likely have no bounce or flow, and thus would require a huge game physics reboot and, or increased PC/system requirements, which would eliminate players with lower end machines. It also just isn’t cost-viable to rework a whole system just for capes.
