It's a long-running theme that SE tends to pay more attention to the JP players than they do to Western ones - hence why they think their current mess of a PvP system has largely been a success, because the JP players advocated it as such. That kinda supports my statement from before. Why should we have to wait for it to be a JP problem as well before it's recognized and addressed? That's neither fair nor wise for SE to do.
