

Reducing blood weapon to 30 seconds solves 80% of the dps issue comparing us to paladin, its not super overpowered and would line up better with raid buffs. The 50 potency boost to bloodspiller is probably more reasonable.make Blood weapon Cooldown at 35 ( I know it seems odd but 30 would be to overpowered) the timer on TBN needs to be at least 8 or 9. Dark passger needs to be 150 potency no 1/2 cost of current mp cost on a 30 sec cd. Dark mind buff to 20% magic Dark arts buffs it to 30% magic 10% physical. blood spiller potency in non grit increase by 50
