Well it's either instant queues in PotD or 15+ minute queues for DPS's to get into one singular dungeon.

I take it you are unfamiliar with Zexy's http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-even-after-60 thread.

It has been worked out that even with a 20 minute wait, dungeon exp works out better even without fates or leves etc added in. This being for all levels.
