Do an easy 60 dungeon where you have your whole kit. The Anti Tower comes to mind. It's practically impossible to wipe in with even a basic level of competence because things barely tap even a poorly geared group.
Ironically I've been repeatedly going through some dungeons for gear to desynth to raise my levels. You can easily go through the AntiTower without even healing, so it's probably a bit too easy. even with one of the worst groups I had (they weren't that bad either) I just stopped long enough to throw an adlo on some and kept DPSing.
Saint Mocianne Arboretum, especially with one of the strategies tanks do to get pass the trash, would be a decent one to learn too.

Great Gubal Library HM is a great training ground. Tanks speed through it, it does some solid damage, and you to practice healing/damage during mechanics in some cases.
Question, did you buy a job skip for the class? Or are you just worried to play it after awhile away? No shame if it's the former, but if it is I would recommend actually doing a lower level dungeon first to get the hang of the class. It plays very differently from the other healers and if you go into it with a typical healer mindset you're only going to make more grief for yourself. Though if it's the latter you'll mostly like what SB has to give you. Excogitation is a god send.
