    It's also NOT Ilvl that decides gear.

    If you NQ those 320 weapons, I think even the 290 artifact gear's better than it. Yet that's still a 320.

    For dow/dom, there's already a bonus. Those 3 overmeld slots are worth 12 ilevels, pretty sure they are above 330.

    +ilvl comes with an implied +X bonus stat budget. it's indirect but it does actually matter as long as the stats themselves are the right ones.
