come on, this game is rated 16+. if any children play it, and begin swallowing blades irl - that's their parents fault =D

There are regions where this game is rated 12+.

But there are more people in the age of 16 to 21 who are as stupid to try it out irl.
Age is not all what counts it is maturity and nowadays it seems that people become mature later then last century or even decade.
