Unless you're a roleplayer or simply have very little time to play the game, I have to disagree. 4.1 felt somewhat barren in terms of content.

    Rabanastre
    Skalla
    Ultimate
    Perform
    Rival Wing

Of those five pieces of content, three cater towards incredibly small niche audiences, albeit Rival Wings can at least be argued it's growing the PvP scene.

I made this same argument prior to Ultimate's release. Alas, if only 0.02% of the playerbase can even clear, it's not worth the time unless they spent very little actually piecing it together. If they came out and said, Ultimate cost us a second dungeon, I doubt many would care. The issue people have isn't necessarily ultimate, but the fact the overwhelming majority of players had very little to do throughout 4.1. Appealing to raiders is nice and all, but I cannot fault the more casual playerbase for being upset. And I'm progging Ultimate.
