Not at all I rather have them work on it till its ready.
I'm starting to get very frustrated by the content they are developing at this point. Squadrons, dungeon video playback, diadem, lords of vermilion. I assume some people like PvP given all the focus and balance it has been getting, but I don't.... and I don't care about Savage or Ultimate either. For a "casual focused" game, they sure seem to be forgetting about the casual player base. It seems like a lot of resources are directed toward smaller subsets of the game's population.
Basically from 4.0 through to 4.2 all I will have done is daily EX roulette, and one run of the relevant raid at the time (24/8).
People do it for the skins, and because they like to have goals, arbitrary or otherwise.I don't want to be that guy but savage is the only place that relics, let alone gear, is necessary at all. If you don't do savage then upgrading your stuff is quite meaningless as you don't have anything to put your upgrades against. Imo, if you're not using the gear for savage you're grinding it for glamour. Which there's nothing wrong with that. What I'm saying is, is that if you don't raid, then it doesn't really matter when they release the content since the item levels have no virtual usage. The item level is for bigger show than the glamour is, if you don't raid. But that's my opinion and I could be wrong.

Underlined some keywords. The Forbidden Land of Eureka - Anemos
We're planning to introduce this in Patch 4.25. This content will be a series, and will be released as we continue through the patches. We would like for players to enjoy this content with many players, and there are some leveling aspects here. We're planning to have players strengthen their weapons and gear inside Eureka. Within Eureka, players will encounter strong monsters, such as Notorious Monsters (NMs). We should be able to show more information in the next Letter from the Producer LIVE set for our visit to Sapporo.
From this small amount of information, Eureka honestly just sounds like Diadem with a sprinkling of Palace of the Dead and a dash of Relics.
I'm sure Eureka would be ready to go in 4.2, but why would they release Eureka the same time as the new Omega raid? They want people to enjoy the Omega raid first and have fun with that gear, I guess? Can't be having too much going on in one patch right?! Just a quick observation from me, don't read too much into this. But they do seem to be wanting to "place" Eureka around the same sort of patch time as Diadem was in 3.0, it'll just be a little more relevant since it has Relics attached to it even more so this time.
It also seems we're going to get more than one Eureka zone, the first being Anemos. It really does kind of feel like this is going to be a mishmash of the parts of Diadem and Palace of the Dead they liked the most. Maybe that'll make this fun, who knows. I'm skeptical, it'll be fun for a month maybe? Then get boring fast like everything in this game to be honest. I hope not though, still hoping for that Sky/Sea(maybe Dynamis lol) vibe from XI. :3
I would love if they can find a way to take inspiration from the old event from XI, such as Dynamis, Salvage, Sky, Sea. Heck even Assaults.
I'm also fairly sure it already ready to go, and delay it just cause it arrive same time as next Omega? That seem to be a stupid reason.
E: Didnt we get the Anima questline around when they dropped second tier of Alex?

They did it in hopes casual players would become interested in raiding. Clearly that is not the case based on the census numbers.
For example, my reason for not raiding is that I hate content that requires statics and scheduling my life around a video game. I want to log on when I want to play and only then. Hence raiding is not for me. Other people will have their own reasons I'm sure.
