I have some mixed feelings after this Liveletter. First I was really happy with the glamour changes but I will wait and see how this will turn out in the game itself. It did sound like you cant glamour stuff for the 10 places if they are not in the commode or the chest. But what does that mean if we already have 200 items in it and cant get more in that? Can we use the old and the new system at the same time, so that we can glamour those items that are not in the commode too?

The reducing of the prism and the increase to 999 stacks is amazing. The same with more inventory slots thanks to the chocobo saddlebag. I will just fill it with all tackles and stuff like that. So at least it does seem that 4.2 will help with a bit of our glamour problems but like I said I will wait with my final judgment until we really see it. (Also 10 is way too low since we already have way more jobs than that so the old system has to be there otherwise people will be able to glamour less than before) I also hope that 200 is not the end amount and that they increase this over time. I would be fine if that means that we will forever have to go to the inn if we can store much more in the future.

I am still not sure about Eureka. They barely showed anything about it (and lets remember how long we already knew that this exist) and its not even in 4.2..I also remain skeptic about a completely new system for that. (Never been in FF14 before...so theoretically no fates right?) They hyped stuff like Diadem too and we know how that turned out. I really hoped that we would get more information about that but sadly we still have to wait more. So no real hype for that.

Informations about Housing was barely there and I am not sure if I like them. So we will get more (which we already knew) and the plots will be released over time. This does not change much for sellers and might be good or bad for us players. If someone does not have time later than they will lose their chance to get a house. So imo this will not change much and might take the chance away for some people. Still good that they will release it one week after 4.2 and not directly on patch day. They will only tell us their new rules right before the new patch which I honestly find a bit bad. Yes it might stop people from planning but at the same time it gives us no chance to give them feedback. So we will get it and they cant make changes until the houses are gone again. So I will remain skeptic and negative about that point because I did not feel like anything in the liveletter showed me that there would be great changes with that.

PVP was alright and nothing that interested me much, the same with that record feature. (Its funny how they can take their time and money for such things and yet other things like the glamour take so much time) The changes to perform seems to be nice and at least might help someone like me.

So the 999 stacks, saddlebag and at least 200 items for glamour that I can get rid of are really great, the rest is still kinda mixed.

Funny how much time they took for all their merchandise. And I am kinda a bit annoyed that yet another great emote will be put behind such an expensive and probably limited statue again..Cant you at least stick those emotes in the cash shop too?
