Is there any way to get a Phial of Fantasia or am I out of luck?

So I beat the Ultima Weapon quest while I was still in my 30 day free period, and a couple days later SE changed the veteran rewards system and made the Fantasia Phial a reward for beating Ultima Weapon. So by the time I had a chance to pay for a sub and get the veteran reward it was no longer available. So I got locked out of both ways to obtain it. Is there any way to fix this or am I out of luck?

Honestly, if you haven't received it by now, there's a good chance that you missed out on it. I'd go ahead and put in a ticket, though, just in case. A GM might be able to give you a better answer.

I thought the Ticket was for recovering an item I have used up or sold within the last 10 days.
I never got a Fantasia, like I said they changed the rules of how to get it and I was locked out of both the old and new method of obtaining it in the process.

It won't hurt to ask. The worst they can say is that you lucked out.
