What crafting class should I pick up first?

I'd start on getting all to 15 then pick up maybe Weaver or Culinarian. Combine this with a gathering class and you can make some nice gil

Did you level all your classes to 15 as well Like Pugilist, Archer... etc?

This isn't required anymore. Back before Stormblood we "needed" to level certain classes to 15 or higher to unlock some cross skills.
