    In terms of Melee I think MNK get the raw end of the deal. DRG can actually be god tier against mech since Piercing Talon is % based, when mobs are almost dead you can rip them to shred from range pretty efficiently.

    MNK however is the only melee job that seems to have 0 range attacks, they only get 2 draw ins with their wind tackle ability but everything else is close range to the point it's just tedious to try and attack any other player in the field because of how fast they move.

    SAM can at least Enpi, Ninja can throw Daggers/Ninjutsu and DRG has Jumps and Piercing Talon.

    Sure, as long ranged and casters can get melee stun then all will be fair I really missed whats its called in 3.0 where ranged have aoe knockback.

    Well SCH also has Chain Strategem which is on very short cooldown and increases the damage a target takes by 5% or maybe 10%, I forget. Anyway, it makes quite a difference.

    Also you can always ignore the healer. While yes I can take down a dps as a healer it is quite cumbersome to do so. I would be better off gathering CE or escorting mammets.

    1.No penalty on dead [ Meat cannon on player , rush to base / mech to damaged]
    2.No penalty on dead Mech [ Hello spam robot , if you own generator , and same rush on core / tower ignore player]
    3.So fast spawn CE tank on cave [Gathering non-stop and same spam mech ]
    4.Minions useless [All ignore ]
    5.So OP healer [ Never kill its small party / 2 healer vs 2 dps and 1 healer ] [ Hello dance on mid generator ]
    6.Blind zone on North [ Steam cannon dont hit on special spot , its easy way to win ]

    If CE fix it , Rival Wing give more strategy on play , ppl fight on line . Its problem easy find , if make more big analysis , possible find more problem its PvP mode

    chain stratagem do almost nothing on their own. If your broil do 5% more damage than mean you need 20 broils into chain stratagem get one extra broil. Stratagem have 50% uptime so you need cast 40 broils before you benefit one extra broil that take 92 seconds. After 1 - 2 broil casts opponent is already out from your casting range and you can not kill your opponent. I have never died against healer from full hp in 1v1. It is really easy escape from them.

    If the DPS tries to push mammets instead and there's a healer there, they'll also lose that exchange by default with a similar effect. That's because a DPS loses any exchange against a healer by default because healers are broken.
    Where do you think those fights against healers happen in the first place? In the middle of the desert? No, at the objectives of course, because those have been put in to make players fight over them. Working as intended - until healers enter the scene.

    Thus, "Just ignore the healer" is like saying "Just ignore the objectives", because the healers are guarding (and gathering) said objectives. I'm sure that'll turn out reaaally well.

    Truthfully, though, even if you don't heed that advice and try to put up a fight instead of flat surrendering to the overwhelming power of healers, you'll be at a disadvantage anyway. You basically need 2-3 non-healers for every healer at the absolute least, but both teams have the same amount of players, so the team with more healers can assault or hold more overall resources with the same amount of people or the same amount of resources with less people. Either way, you're screwed and need to pray the enemy is terrible and thus unable to use their advantages (mammet farming or player fighting Oppressors say hi).

    It's the latency thing but their attacks also have animation locks, best thing just to keep moving around.
    What's hard in melee is awareness when attacks not coming in from front or our cone view.
    I've turned on fixed view (legacy camera view in player configuration) but it takes getting used to.
    Same thing I have to do when watching mobs during boss fight like Vault.
    They need to tune FoV and allow farther camera zoom.

    If I am escorting mammets then they should go around me and kill them off closer to where they spawn. Or a DPS could just go attack the tower. Why face off a healer where they are at when there are ways to go around them. If I am at Blue tower escorting mammets, killing off the mammets before they get to me is a heck of a lot more effective than trying to distract me or fight the ones I am healing. Sure the ones I escorted do damage but they also implode and then I have to wait for the freshly spawned ones to reach me.
