You've got 2 eyes. Use them. If you're not a fan of LM parties then don't join. If you're looking for 100% guarantees here then group up with 7 other friends and decide who gets what. Oh wait... that's how LM works.![]()

Loot Master vs Rolls comes down to; Who do you trust more?
Do you trust one person with more capability to abuse the system? Or do you trust potentially multiple people at once? Do yo want to risk your monarch turning into a dictator? Or your democracy turning into anarchy?

ITT: People who don't raid with statics.
Lootmaster parties have their place, that's the reason it was added to the game.

I was farming my Thordan birb and we saw 10 birds on FFA, but the people who got the birds were the ones who would leave immediately, only to be replaced with someone new who would then get the next bird and leave... Making the people who had stayed in my farm for 60-70 runs still birdless. Switched it to LM and finished quickly without people dipping and making us waste time replace.
Lootmaster has a time and place. If you are with trustworthy individuals, it's awesome.
I say leave the option in.
People who dislike LM (me included) will simply ignore these parties.
Big panda is an awesome bear!

I rarely join LM parties as a general rule, since I don't particularly like grinding the same fight over and over again unless I absolutely have to for a specific reason (mostly crafting related). However, when I do join one, I specify try and get into a mount LM party because they generally have little to no interest in the crafting mats that I request and agree to give it to me 1st, if no one else has called claim to it already. Since mats seem to have a higher drop rate than mounts, I usually get my mats long before the LM gets their mount and disbands the group, which has been the case for me in about 7 of the 11 LM parties I've ever joined.
I feel bad for the other people that get shafted like that ofc but I've learned long ago, trust is something that is earned over time, not something given at random to strangers.
LM is a gamble that you take and is not forced upon you to join or use. The people that make LM and dip after getting their stuff will do that regardless if LM is a thing or not so removing it won't solve anything but it is helpful for the people that don't abuse the system so I personally don't feel it needs to be removed because I view it as more positive over negative.

In the end Lm farm parties only benefit the creator and the first 1-2 people that join. Even if everyone promises to stay til all got their drops the rates for mounts on current content (dogs, maybe birds still) are far too low to actually see 8 drops in a reasonable time.
But it's up to everyone to decide for themselves, if they wanna join these or not. Personally I don't, I'd rather everyone has a fair chance on the drop.
Lootmaster is a good feature i like doing lootmaster gear partys sometimes i dont see a point in lootmaster mount farms and if you dont like lootmaster partys dont join easy.
Honestly it's not the lootmaster that's the issue, it's the "first come first serve" thing they do. I just don't get by what right I should be prioritised for a very rare drop, just because I happened to see and join a party maybe a second before someone else?
