Ways to refresh mp as WHM: Assize, Thin Air and Lucid.
Temp-cancelling MP costs isn't the same as refreshing MP. Oh don't worry, I get why you've included it (it can be used to save MP, obviously) - but let's not pretend that TA is comparable to Lucid and Assize.
