I think the real thing to adjust is the time you have for rolling an Item. To know if you need or not an item, you can do it in less than a minute.

Duties are a party collaboration. If some people won't want collaborate it is their problem, not system's one. This is no different than tanks that start running even when healer started casting protect and them got los and dying on the wall ten miles ahead.

This is the most annoying thing I've encountered as a white mage....next time I'll just stand there waiting...watch the tank get pissy...I'll just say - then why you run off? :P
