Let me just rephrase that last sentence for you. "In other words, I was bringing up my reputation to show that I am someone who ever posts trying to base the game off the 97% player base." (unless you are saying you are neither the 3% or the 97%, which is makes even less sense)

Also, if you take a look at how you named the thread, "Dev Team, show me you care about your players because I just don't see it (long read)", you clearly used your own dissatisfaction regarding the recent dev posts on upcoming changes as a justification that you do not see how the Dev Team care about their players.

Thus, you made a mistake by assuming that your opinions equal the majority. It is fine that you want to voice "your" opinions, but no need to stand behind the crowd and pass it off as if you are speaking for the majority. You are a customer of SE, they should value your opinions.

I simply pointed out it is a mistake to assume your opinions = the majority, in which you denied and mocked my education, as a result, I pointed out the contradiction within your logic. I am not quite sure who is the one likes to argue here, but based on the sheer number of posts here, I think the answer is clear.

You are missing the point. I am not the type of person to try to predict what is going to happen to this game so I can base how I play off that. Does that surprise you? Many others are the same. It's fine if you like the game enough to do that, but I think it's a little harsh to judge others for not doing so.

As for Aegis Boon 2 or any other shield skill; I don't care about the fate of the skills. Customer service isn't about what you change, it's about what you do if your changes negatively impact someone. Can you argue with that?

You have no flipping idea if the changes in 1.20 will positively/negatively effect your classes.

You got the tip of the iceberg in info like the rest of us, but unlike the rest of us you are writing wtf-long essays before a patch releases based on pre-patch teaser info. As soon as 1.20 hits you're gonna go quiet anyway because you will be at least 50% wrong in your claims in this post.

How many times do we have to repeat this cycle before you realize the idiocy of it.

I remember your last long-ass complaint post regarding how passive casting and the MP regen that came with it totally screws over mages. I told you there's a solid chance they'd all be able to regen so long as they were standing still and didn't have flashing red enmity. You said nonono-whinewhinewhine, and alas your entire post was moot as soon as 1.19 went live and mages realized MP was much easier to conserve.

Give it a rest and do what the rest of us have the sense to do - wait until you have all the necessary info and/or try it out before you complain about something you know next to nothing of.

Besides, if you're gonna try to say you're complaining about them changing shit around so easily w.o compensation, and not complaining about any specific change - the poll results where 80%+ of the playerbase agreed to drastic changes is the only answer you need. Not only was this poll conducted well before any drastic changes hit, it had an overwhelmingly one-sided result. You knew well in advance that your classes would most likely be very different than what they are at that point. This advance notice, among other things, also renders your iPhone 4 analogy moot.

This time, your negative responses have nothing to do with people not understanding you. You're way off in what you're stating - laughably so. Your failure to see this is the sad part. There's nothing to even discuss here.

P.S: If you don't like where this game is going or where it's taking your character, despite the phenomenal customer service the game has given with all of their advanced notices and consideration of player feedback, stop clinging to it based solely on fanboyish feelings of wanting it to work for you. It's a sad, dysfunctional relationship. Learn to let go of something that upsets you.

So what is customer service? Apple knew they shipped a product with a flaw, and they didn't make everybody happy. So they put out a program that let anyone obtain a free case for the phone that cut down on the reception issue. It wasn't a replacement phone but it was customer service.

So in essence the same thing that Square shifting their development team around, adding more people and allowing F2P without the cashshop for a year.

One thing we gotta realize is that ff will be changing drastically for along time to come.

ff is no different then any other game, jobs change and sometimes by a huge amount (remembers when my wow hunter was knocked into next sunday /cry....more then once i may add)
whopping changes happen, but ya know. players adjust, the game does carry on and soon everything settles into place.

expect changes, alot of em. we may not know the overall end result or the plans SE has, maybe they dont even know yet. Oo

i am in no way belittling the op concerns becuase i understand, and i do see your point of view.

try to take a breath and just see it as the bettering of the game in the bitter end. even if thats hard to see now. we all chose to stay and play even though the disasterous start wrenched at everyones gut to run away.

we didnt, we stayed and endured and knew full well we were working on things that needed 100% revamp. so, heres the revamp, and we should try to go with the flow and give it an honest try just like we have done since day 1.

try not to get upset , many of the jobs in 1 yr will be nothing like they are right now i bet.
but to me thats ok, i plan on levelling all jobs anyway (eek!)
i love them all in their own way and will try to enjoy as many as i can.

i hope you do too op, you have been here long as well, and i hope you can enjoy the changes after they are implemented even more then you have so far. give it a chance, enjoy a few other jobs, variety is the spice of life ^^
dont give up on ff, its simply too obvious you want to love it as alot of us do regardless of the ups and downs.
