Request: Remove the light party requirement from FC workshop projects

Even I, a predominately solo player, understands that FC Workshop projects are supposed to be a group effort thing, thus needs a group of people to complete. It defeats the purpose of it being a group project if a single person can do it all alone. If you dont want to deal with social issues then you shouldnt have the perks of a social system. Do some leg work, find another person or two that will join your free company, make more friends who will help with the group project.

Then it needs to be better implemented. It isn't a group effort at all right now, it's a single person effort, and then a group effort of "Hey can 3 people come stand in this room for 3 seconds?"

It's highly unnecessary and dumb ATM. If they can't implement 'group crafting' ten times better than this then I vote to remove the requirement completely.

I help run a medium sized FC, and that it's hard to get people to come to the FC shop because either people don't have any crafters unlocked since they don't like crafting or they are on at different times. It becomes a bit annoying. To create our Shirogane Castle I managed to actually get 2 FC members (a rare occurrence), but I still had to seek outside help. Just one other person would be an amazing change. FC Projects are hardly a group effort when all they do is stand there in the zone waiting for it to be done.

Now that in particular just sounds like your FC is filled with lazy people who don't want to help out. You can do it even with a level 1 crafter class-if people aren't willing to even go pick up level 1 culinary or something your FC has more problems then this limitation TBH.

If you like asking people a bunch of times to come back, sure. The difficult part is getting them to stay there if you plan on doing more than one step of a synth, because they have absolutely nothing to do.

Wholeheartedly agree with removing this requirement!! It is so old and obsolete and terribly annoying. Especially when I have to stand and feed the machine 30 darksteel ingots and 30 darksteel plate, while the others who don't want to be there are yawning and prefer to be having fun elsewhere in the game. Get rid of the minutiae, SE!!
