I did this quest with two friends, and while we died a few times, it was one of the most interesting quests and for sure a lot of fun
After we got the crystals we took a tour through Mor Dhona, around the lake to get more camps and to see the dragon from different angles.
It was very dangerous, and because of that, very exiting

In my opinion, it would be sad if the dev team replaced the monsters in a way that would make a safe route.

No one is asking that the dev team make a safe route. Instead make a route that is more inline around the lowest level for a quest that is required to go into the zone. As it sits now its next to impossible to get past the R34 quest unless you form a light party for exp.

I did this quest just yesterday. Couldn't get there from black shroud, but find it quite easy going in and reaching the ??? coming from northern tanalan.
