The right outfit, the right hairstyle, and a square jaw can do wonders (also unique to his Elezen face is the less gaunt cheeks - both of these would be nice options, absolutely, but they don't actually change the proportions).

Just go into the character creator and toggle between the race and job attire with Gladiator selected on a male Elezen and you'll see an example of what I mean.

That's always been a thing with Elezen anyway - any outfit and hairstyle that hides the longer neck and head proportion to the rest of the body makes the difference significantly less noticeable. It's why certain hairstyles are really, really popular on Elezen.

But that's the thing. With more options/sliders, Elezen could make use of more of their hairstyles and clothing instead of gravitating towards certain styles that balance out their features.

For what it's worth, I feel the same about Au Ra as well. I think they are the race that would benefit the most after Elezen. Like the particular face I'm using right now? The chin is too narrow, and it gets a bit weird around the eyes when looking at them from the front.

Going back to my first comment, I'd love to have all of the facial features unlocked, no longer being tied to specific faces. I think that could go a long way for ALL races.

Most races could do with face tweaks and certainly more options there, and that I will support.

Other aspects, like the OP suggested? That'd be like asking to have an Au Ra option with no tail or horns because they don't like that aspect of how they look, despite it being part of the identity of the race.

They don't want to play an Elezen. They want to play a hyur with pointy ears.
