Give DRK a magic vulnerability debuff

It will be nice if they could pop that on the soul survival, because really, so many fights that doesn't spawn adds and that one skill is just sitting in my hotbar collecting dust.

I think Dark Passenger collects even more dust... I mean, I haven't used more than a couple of times since SB launch.
At least, Sole Survivor has some little use in most content.

Also, imagine how Casters are gonna love you if you put an aoe magic vul debuff with DP :-D
