This said, what's the point of doing the raid the first 2 or 3 weeks then ? No need to pay a sub when there is new content if i can't loot anything, don't you think ?

My answer is silly...? Well, so is yours (no offence ^^). I mean if it's this hard to have a weekly loot the first few weeks of a content, then YES, there is a problem with the loot system. Players want/need new stuff when it's new, not 3 or 4 weeks later when a newer is here.
