    Problème de peering avec Orange, pas SE. Je vois pas vraiment comment SE peut t'aider si le problème ne concerne qu'un FAI, il vient du FAI.

    Télécharge http://www.pingplotter.com/download.html, laisse le tourner avec l'ip du serveur de XIV en fond pendant que tu joues, enregistres toutes les mesures sur une longue durée (avec 2.5s d’intervalle) et contactes Orange.
