Individual players owning Large Houses for personal use. Yay or nay?

Yes, I moved to a small house. I don't need a medium. Plus, the plot in the Beds is really nice. It's got a waterfall in the yard and is right near the new swimming area.

I do hope an FC that needs a home finds my vacant medium plot.

I did the same thing with my personal large on the cliff in mist, i transfered my fc out of the goblet to my personal house (there all loving it) n bought a small house for my self. So the large in the goblet opened up , i told many fc's and shouted the night before i was gonna move

No, didn't attempt to sell. I understand another solo person has an opportunity to get it, but I'm hoping an FC gets to it first.

I have no issues with large personal homes, after all if someone works hard to save up the gil why should it be restricted to FC only?
FC's cannot blame individuals for having taken up large homes, blame the absolutely horrid system that is housing

Mayhap individuals do not use their homes but same could be said about some FC
We should push them for proper fixes not have wars between individuals and FC's

A couple of years ago I tried to get a house (first land grab) on Excalibur and they were all taken, so I bit the bullet and transferred to Goblin (lost millions in the process). Goblin had dozens of houses available but only in the Goblet area, even 2 large. The larges were mainly available because, no one wanted the Goblet area and the houses faced the wrong way - not to mentioned the 40mil price tag!

I transferred servers, took a plot no one wanted, been in the game paying my monthly dues since 1.0 (was even in beta), and now people think I should not have a Large plot.

I believe FC's come and go but us players will be here allot longer. We deserve our rewards for our dedication and commitment to this game - more then any FC!

This. I don't have a personal Large but i was arguing about it a long time but finally decided to make my Large into FC house with my 2 man FC.
I will however attempt to try get a large personal when they add more housing.

Not against individuals who own a large house either or people owning 2-3 houses. In fact, the only restrictions in getting a house should only be GIL. Not lack of supply. Fix it SE

I dont rlly mind. I prefer people who is frkn good at decoring "should be the first prior". I rather visit a nice looking mansion than shitty randomized furnitures all over. Sorry
