Thanks we just checked it and my friend did qualify, his mail was just full and couldn't receive it. Did you check the eligibility like it shows how to at the bottom of the promo? Seems most people missed that.
Doesn't get any clearer they actually put a qualification tab on mogstation if you follow the instructions and seems detailed enough. Just confirmed with my friend and just got his after clearing his mail in game. ^^

update: Never got the mount ._________.
At this point, Im SOL. All for buying that PC license lmao

Did you clean out/delete your opened mail? You can only have x number of thank you from SE in your opened mail list before it stops sending you any additional rewards you may have earned.
make sure everything is deleted then request reward and see if that works.
So you could have easily paid 90 days in between the time and that would have removed all doubt whether you qualified or not. So why didn't you?

Knowing SE's track record I also made sure of getting the mount .
Bought 90 days of game time and removed all doubt.
Should I have to do that ? Of course not, but it is what it is.

To be honest I was one of those that got the mount late, as I have a monthly sub...
Anyway I was a bit "down" when I saw a lot of ppl had it and not me.
When I got I was happy happy... wow a bike mount lets go for a ride..
Never used it again. Literally took it for a ride for seconds and that is it, so for those that for "bad luck" didn't get it I understand you but don't be upset it's really not that special

Unfortunately I don't think that would help. The purchasing of the PC license added free game time, which under the rules of the campaign, is not calculated(and can cause you not to receive) into the 90-days required.
I agree that the entire campaign was fairly badly run though.

That's completely insane and they should apologise and go back and give the mount to these people. Not only were you subscribed through the whole campaign period but you checked with reps too just to be sure. The terms of the campaign weren't clear at all. Who would have thought you could disqualify yourself by purchasing an additional game license @.@
