    1 of 2 things happened here.

    1) You were treated poorly by customer service and they are to blame, not the campaign.
    2) Your mount was never sent even though you qualified, in which case you could try sending a request via in-game mail.

    Either way, the staff are at fault here and not the campaign.

    Glad to see you were able to get your mount from the sounds of your post.

    I'm happy for people who didn't have issues, but that doesn't change the situation for everyone else. Loyal, paying customers, were denied the mount because of another promotion.

    I'm sorry, but to me, the campaign was a huge failure. As I stated in a previous post, I should not have to purchase time cards just to obtain a "veteran reward" which is how this is being treated. I am a constant subscription holder who has never lapsed in my payments montly. How is that ok?

    The system needs to be more clear in the future, so it was the campaign and the staff. Not just one or the other.

    This falls under "false advertisement". As paid employees, these two people were representing Square Enix and even if they made an error, Square Enix needs to take responsibility for it. It's exactly how there being an old price under a product in a shop (from a rebate that is no longer ongoing) qualifies you to pay the (no longer valid) price, simply because it was advertised to you as such in the market. I bought multiple products like that, so yes, that does work like that.

    Basically, them saying that you qualified automatically qualified you by law, regardless of whether you did so by the rules or not. At least...that's how it would be in Europe. Dunno about the law where you are. Either way, this is a legal matter that cannot be denounced by contract, so no matter what ToS or whatever says about it, it is valid (just like "You will not take X to court over service (...)" and similar stuff that is often in ToS particularly for free to play games is invalid, as it is an unremovable right and therefore the clause is not valid).

    On a different note, you asked for the free time. When buying pretty much any base MMO game, a certain term is included so that you could actually play it. The length varies, but is usually the lowest term offered for subscription. I think I saw 7 days once though?! I am 100% sure that wherever you bought the game for PS4, you were informed of that.

    This was my circumstance to a T. I didn't like how they implemented this.

    Same unfortunate boat. Subbed on 180 day intervals and haven't dropped sub since early 2.0. Except the kicker for me is that a month after SB came out, I bought the PC license (built a nice new shiny PC) and switched platforms. After reading all the comments here, it seems I got screwed over by the "free" 30 days that comes with the PC license. Now Im sitting here without my airplane/motorcycle mount. At this point I don't think ill ever get it.....and that makes me sad panda.

    I'm assuming we'll be forced to use our Achievement currency to buy it. I'm going to be royally pissed if they put it in Cash Shop. I shouldn't have to pay for something I should have 100% recieved. SE does not reward loyalty. I mean.. the end game says that all by itself.... Or the lack there of really ( one of the largest reasons for people taking long breaks from the game honestly ). This just confirms that feeling to me.

    Just out of curiosity did anyone file a ticket and got a response that they can share? My friends and I all got ours with no issues except for one who just filed a ticket. The only issue he had that we think might of caused it as the interruption of service do to a compromised credit card, yet that was for about 2 days tops which would make sense being it wasn't consecutive.
