4.1: RDM's Dualcast can no longer be clicked off.

Omg.. the boss phased. Just hit vercure right away and wait for the boss to reappear for your hard cast, how hard is it..

Why on earth do you think you have to wait out the entire 15 sec even if you can't click it off?

And if you have to go so far into saving that 600 mana - in the situation where you have to stand still and wait for that 15 sec for dualcast to expire, you regen more than that amount of mana. Please.

I'd rather they give RDM some love. It's kinda the lowest dps in the game at the moment.

Oh we won't be getting any for at last a couple major patches. As soon as we get any sort of buff any other caster with a keyboard will immediately assume battle formations and tearspam either reddit or the forums and say something about Verraise. Just look at what happened with the mana glitch that was inflating a few peoples numbers on fflogs.

If they took black mage and they increased the foul timer by 0.01 seconds without mentioning anything about it in the patch notes, would you say "oh it doesn't even matter why are you upset"? Or if they took white mage and reduced their maximum mana by 60 without documentation?

My point is that this is a change, it does, if rarely, come up, and is, no matter how slight, technically a nerf. Without any sort of documentation. Yet people feel the need to jump down my throat.

This is a matter of if it actually affects gameplay and has a realistic impact on their performance and has no workaround. No one would bat an eye if a champion in LoL or a class in WoW gets nerfed by 1% and its undocumented, because chances are, they won't even notice it. Only the most nitpicky of people would actually get upset over that (Which unfortunately this community has its fair share of) sort of thing when it does get documented or found out.

I believe Sprint uses up Dualcast (for some reason!) so that's possibly an option.

It honestly frustrates me a bit lol. Summoners are up at #2 And #1 positions on basically every fight, with BLM at 3 or 4 usually...but God forbid RDM near the bottom of the list get any buffs.

Exactly. You know what they'll say though, "Oh but you're so good for progression". Yes but what about afterwards?
