    I am all for spicing up the loading screens. This is more important now that we will have loading between zones. And we really must allow for chat during loading screens. Its not as bad as it was in XI where you had to tell announce you were zoneing so you don't miss any of the conversation, but it could definitely use more work.

    This, allow chat any time and all the time. No more chat lock in 2.0 and chat available during loading screens.
