Ok, thanks for the clarificationMacros remove the ability queue. The ability queue is small window of about half a second before the GCD comes up where the game recognizes you hit a skill; this means it will queue up that skill and fire it off as soon as the GCD is up. Macros completely remove that window so the game doesn't even try to register that you pressed a skill until the GCD is actually completely up. Thus, there's a small delay each time you use a skill that snowballs overtime at best, or causes you to miss an important window at worst.
Netcode relates to client/server communication. Ideally, they'd fix the game so that there is no more getting hit by nonsense even if you moved as soon as you saw a cast bar, and no more Benedictions healing corpses.

The ability to tell whether you own an item that just dropped from a chest in a dungeon/raid without having to use Item Search every time. There should just be a little mark on the item (hell, even just a colored border) when it appears in the loot roll window, so you know you've already got one of that thing salted away in a retainer somewhere.
Stopping to Item Search every item that drops is impossible, and especially now that dungeons give a free piece of gear every time you run them--that I often forget about--ending up with doubles of loot is an annoying waste of space and time.
Also, where in the world is the "Tend All" button for gardening and the (toggleable!) auto-level sync for FATES?

Glamour log.
Like World of Warcraft or I hear Guild Wars 2 has it? So each time you pick up a piece of gear it saves the appearance in the book. Then you can toss the gear but still glamour with it from the book, could still use glamour prisms to do so. Save so much inventory space.
Tackle Box.
Self explanatory! As above, save dat space.

I prefer the method used by DC Universe Online where they have 2 pages of gear. One for stats and the other for glamour. This would be way better than the glamour prisms, still the glamour book is definitely needed. DCUO does have that system where once you unlock it, the glamour is yours and you can scrap the item.Glamour log.

Talking to NPCS and staying mounted.
Search box for minions/mounts.
Debuff/Buff whitelist/blacklist filtering.
Tracking achievement progress in duty list.
Being able to move the messages that appear at the center of the screen somewhere else. (The ones that sometimes pop up in the middle of a fight that notifies you what's going on with the black background/Retainer has returned from a venture!).
Being able to add short notes to players on friend list/black list.
Role action presets (If they're going to keep them as they are in the future)

Account bound achievements/mounts/minions (could be an optional thing if people want characters to have theirs separate for some reason)
Ability to actually share your private house with alts on the same server

Maybe not the way that person worded it, but the content / progression system has gotten stale because it's the same core thing every patch.
On another note, they really need to look at DPS queue times. There's no excuse why there should be a 30 minute wait to get into content. This game has needed a party size overhaul for ages.
And it would be nice to be able to put a marketboard in your house. That and being able to log into your house instead of outside of it.

To be fair, pretty much all MMOs are the same content at their core. What matters is that they are presented in interesting ways.Maybe not the way that person worded it, but the content / progression system has gotten stale because it's the same core thing every patch.

I agree about the DPS wait times, though I have had a few that said 30 minutes and pop almost immediately.
Not so sure about the Marketboard in your house. Of course I have a small house so something that big would eat up a lot of space.
