Clean everything before any nerf is my goal. No matter the time needed to reach the last hp and beat it.

It used to happen in ESO when I was playing it. Some people didn't want to do the entire trial, wanting only to farm the last boss cause they gave weapons/jewelry for sets. So their friends make a party, get thru the whole thing and kick everyone they could to replace with their buds.
Very scummy TBH.

Wait, are you serious here? So if there's one problem player instead of removing the person causing the issue the three people who didn't have an issue should give up progress and start again? Yeah, nobody ever is going to abuse that.
The PF system already makes groups do this, right? Lose a member during an instance, everyone exits to find a replacement, lose progress.
Either everyone is on board, or everyone is not. Remove all compromises.

PF groups are very different from DF...you can't even compare this. For one people rarely PF stuff other than trials or raids which means you don't really lose progress because you are only fighting one boss. Dungeons yeah people do it sometimes but the bulk of PF groups are all one boss fights. I personally never do dungeons in PF since if someone leaves midway and you cannot continue then you lose all progress.
Removing vote kick is not an option. You want three players to have their time wasted due to one player's trolling or harassment? It should be obvious why that idea is terrible. I mean I hope you are ready for DF queue times to skyrocket. Most people won't risk losing all their progress and waste their game time over a troll or rude player.
